Shipping, return and exchange

Shipping
All orders within the Netherlands are inclusive of shipping costs. We offer your order the same or next working day to PostNL for shipping. As soon as we ship your item we let you know and provide you with your Track & Trace code. For orders outside the Netherlands we apply delivery costs. These costs vary and are clearly displayed during the ordering process in the webshop. Please get in touch if you have any questions about delivery costs, duration, customs etc.
 
Returning purchases
For returning of purchases within the EU the right of withdrawal is applicable. On receiving your order you have 14 days to inform us that you will exercise your right of withdrawal. You then have another 14 days to return to us the item or items concerned. To inform us that you will exercise your right to withdrawal you can use this model form for right to withdrawal. You can also inform us by sending us a ticket (you need an account to use our ticket service). You may also send us an email using info@wildwawa.nl. You must inform us of your intention to return before you make the return. The costs for sending us a return are always for you. Returns must be send to the following address:

When you inform us that you will exercise your right to withdrawal, Wild Wawa will return the payment for your order as soon as possible but within 14 days. We will return your payment via the same method that you used for your purchase, unless we agree another method. Wild Wawa reserves the right to withhold the return of your payment until we have received the goods you returned. If you have opted for a more expensive delivery than our standard delivery, we will only return that part of the payment for delivery to you that represents the amount for our standard delivery. We only return delivery costs when you returned all the items that you ordered and that were contained in the same parcel. Wild Wawa does not accept returns with insufficient postage. Returns must be without damage, not washed, dry-cleaned or subjected to any other treatment or alteration. Returns must be accompanied with all parts, spares, accessories and labels that came with your order. Returns must have their label still attached. For damaged or incomplete returns we charge for depreciation.

Exchanging purchases 
It is possible to exchange one item for another item. You must inform us and have agreement from Wild Wawa to exchange an item. This way we can establish the item you like is available. You have 7 days to inform us you want to make an exchange. On agreement with us you must return the item or items for exchange within 7 days. You are always responsible for the cost of returning the items to us for exchange. Wild Wawa does not accept exchanges with insufficient postage. Items you send for exchange must be without damage, not washed, dry-cleaned or subjected to any other treatment or alteration. Items for exchange must be accompanied with all parts, spares, accessories and labels that can with your order. Items for exchange must have their label still attached. Damaged or incomplete items cannot be exchanged. On agreement Wild Wawa offers to send you the new item or items free of delivery charge one time only.
